Bengals wide receiver risks eviction from his flat and a lawsuit from his landlord

According to newly filed court documents, a Bengals wide receiver could face eviction and a lawsuit from his landlord.

According to a court summons filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court on December 27, Bengals wide receiver Jermaine Burton is being sued by Radius Acquisition, the owner of the Radius at the Banks apartments where he lived.

According to the court document, Burton is being sued for both eviction and additional money.

Burton confirmed he received the court summons and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 24.
