Mansfield, who is 24 years old and a resident of Defiance. He was charged with two counts of strangulation and attempted rape.
Having Weapons while under Disability, Aggravated Burglary, and Felonious Assault are the charges that have been brought against Ryan E. Gibbs, who is 40 years old and lives in Defiance. He was indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury.
Two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer have been brought against Fauna Plotts, who is 34 years old and lives in Defiance.
