English, motherf—er. I live in America': Man tackles bartender, telling him 'Trump is going to deport your a-' after being asked to pay his tab, cops claim

A drunk tourist visiting Miami Beach, Florida, was arrested last weekend after launching a racist tirade on a bartender, spewing “Hispanophobic” remarks at the worker and telling him “Trump is going to deport your a-” after being asked to pay his tab, according to police.

“I won’t pay s—,” Michael Nixon, 42, of Virginia, allegedly told the bartender, according to an incident report obtained by ABC affiliate WPLG. “English, Motherf—er. “I live in America,” Nixon allegedly stated. “You speak English.”

The Arlington resident reportedly traveled from Virginia to Miami Beach before the alleged racist attack on Sunday night. He allegedly went to Norman’s Tavern at 6770 Collins Ave. on North Beach and racked up a $130.81 tab, which the bartender tried to get him to pay.

Nixon allegedly said, “Hola,” when he first spoke to the worker.

“English, b—-,” he informed the man. “F—ing Trump is going to deport your a-.”

With President Donald Trump officially in office, the threat of mass deportations is greater than ever, as he has declared a national emergency at the southern border with Mexico. Entry points in El Paso and elsewhere have reportedly been closed while border officials await word on what to do.

“I will declare a national emergency at our southern border,” Trump said during his inaugural speech.

The executive order issued by Trump late Monday night directed the United States armed forces to repel “forms of invasion” at the US-Mexico border, including illegal migration and drug trafficking, as highlighted in online proclamations.

During his alleged tirade, Nixon exchanged words with the bartender and another employee, whom he punched in the face, according to police. His “increasing(ly) aggressive behavior” prompted workers to let him go in order to “prevent further physical assaults,” according to the incident report.

According to police, as Nixon prepared to leave, he “intentionally struck” the bartender by “forcefully moving his body forward, specifically his left shoulder, towards (him).

Nixon allegedly left Norman’s Tavern but returned while cops were dispatched.

According to online court records, he was arrested on a felony charge of battery with prejudice and three misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, defrauding an innkeeper, and disorderly conduct. On Tuesday, he remained in jail on a $5,450 bond.
