Forest Park Police are searching for a critical missing woman

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person Friday afternoon.

Victoria Lillard, 40, disappeared from her Forest Park home at 10:30 a.m., according to a press release from the Forest Park Police Department.

Lillard is developmentally disabled and has Prader-Willi Syndrome.

Lillard last appeared wearing a black jacket. He has long hair with braids in black and orange.
