Four muggers attack a 40-year-old guy with a hammer and punch a 16-year-old youngster in a savage attack inside a NYC pool

During a vicious attack inside a Queens pool hall, a four-member mugging crew slugged a 16-year-old boy and smashed a 40-year-old man with a hammer, police said Thursday.

The suspects barged into the Tian Yi pool hall on Union Street near Northern Boulevard in Flushing shortly before 10 p.m. on February 22 and demanded that the two victims get on the floor, according to police.

The brutes then brandished a hammer and struck the elderly man on the head before stealing approximately $1,000 from his jacket pocket, according to authorities.

They then punched the teen victim in the face and pushed him to the ground, police said.

The older victim was transported to New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, while the teen was treated on the scene for minor injuries, according to police.

It is unclear if the injured individuals worked at the pool hall.

The group of young men, seen in surveillance footage released by the NYPD early Thursday, fled east on Northern Boulevard, police said.

The first attacker, described as having a light complexion and slim build, was last seen dressed in a black jacket, black pants, eyeglasses, and black shoes.

The second suspect was also described as having a light complexion and a slim build. He was dressed in glasses, a black hooded sweatshirt, a gold jacket, black pants, and black boots.

The third assailant, who is also of light complexion and slim build, was last seen wearing a black jacket with white fur on the hood, dark blue jeans, and black boots.

The fourth fiend has a dark complexion and a slim build, and he was last seen wearing a black jacket and shirt, according to cops.
