Add a cute cat cutout to your Halloween table to finish off your witchy look. We love how the thick whiskers and expressive eyes look. Make ears out of the orange peel that are shaped like triangles. Then, scrape the flesh off the bottom of the peel. Hold the ears on top of the pumpkin with cocktail sticks that have been cut in half.
