HAMILTON, Ohio — A Hamilton business owner admitted to court on Wednesday that he molested a 19-year-old during a therapy session last April.
Jared Fox, 42, owns the Cryo Den. It’s a cryotherapy center on Hamilton’s Main Street.
According to Butler County assistant prosecutor Jackie Welp, Fox inappropriately rubbed and touched a 19-year-old client in order to elicit sexual arousal or pleasure.
“After the session, Jared Fox did not charge (the victim) for the one-hour service, telling her, ‘Your wellness is on the house,'” Welp recalled.
Judge Greg Howard asked Fox if the facts were correct.
Fox replied, “Yes.”
Fox admitted to one count of sexual imposition, which is a third-degree misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in January.
Fox faces up to 60 days in the Butler County Jail and will have to register as a sex offender every year for the next 15 years.
