On Monday morning, a local man arrived in court to face charges of assaulting a Rumpke employee who was working in Norwood.
The documents filed in the courtroom indicate that Deshannon Gibson assaulted the individual because, in June, his trash cans were not placed in the location where they were supposed to be.
He is also accused of threatening the Rumpke worker, chasing him down the street, and hitting him in the face with a rock. All of these allegations are associated with him.
The worker, who was bleeding, received assistance from a neighbor who witnessed what had occurred.
