Where would you live if you could choose any state? Would you rather stick with Minnesota’s four seasons and a good chance of a white Christmas, or replace your snow boots with year-round flip-flops?
I’d always planned to leave Minnesota, or at least escape the winters as a snowbird. But I’m still here, layering up, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. There is something about this state that refuses to let go.
It truly is a wonderful place to live, which is why so many people are trading ocean views for lake life, mountains for hills, and congested cities for a little more space.
