Susie Couch, 94, was found dead Monday night after walking away from her home on Sunday.
No foul play was suspected.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office issued a Missing Adult Alert.
Couch, who suffered from dementia, was last seen on Manchester Road in Franklin, Ohio.
