The 48 states that are next to each other, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia all have their December SNAP payment plans ready. The November payments from most states have been sent in full or almost in full.

The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program may be available in your state if you were hurt by a natural disaster.

Through November 28, 2024, only the states of Texas and Florida will continue to give out SNAP payments. After that, Food Stamps will be sent from December 1, 2024, to December 28, 2024.

If you want to know exactly when your Food Stamps will arrive, you can look at the USDA’s monthly issuance schedule. In Alaska, everyone who gets SNAP money gets it on the same day. In California and other states, it can be on as many as ten different days. Each one picks a different way to be eligible for payday.
