After her roommate, Shantee Bryant, called 911 and reported that Glover, who was holding a hammer, was chasing her, police arrested Kelsey Glover and charged her with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
According to the arrest warrant, Glover “became violent” while Bryant was giving his 14-year-old daughter Giselle Glover “a bath.” When Bryant dialed 911, Glover “chased her into the bathroom with the hammer” and told her “she wanted to kill her.”
When police arrived at Glover’s home near Kissimmee, they discovered Bryant with visible wounds and Giselle unresponsive in the bathtub.
At a press conference, Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez stated that witnesses saw Ms. Glover holding her 14-year-old daughter’s head underwater in the bathtub.
They attempted to stop her but were unsuccessful. Eventually, Ms. Glover began attacking and chasing these witnesses around the house with a hammer, prompting them to call 911.
