Walmart Confirms All Michigan Locations To Close On The Same Day
When we live in Michigan, most department and grocery stores are open seven days a week, even Walmart stores. But Walmart just recently said that customers need to plan ahead because the store will be closed for a holiday.
Some stores in Michigan will be open longer or have special holiday hours. Others have chosen to close early for a very important reason: to give their employees time to enjoy the holiday as well. It’s great for shoppers to get last-minute gifts.
Walmart just said that they will be closed again on Thanksgiving so that their employees can spend the day with their families. The store has celebrated the holiday for four years in a row. On the same day, the company also said that another unit would be closing.
Sam’s Club stores, which are owned and run by Walmart, will also be closed on Thanksgiving. The day before Thanksgiving, though, both stores will be open as usual. After Thanksgiving, stores will reopen for Black Friday shopping.
