One individual died in a collision in Miamisburg on Tuesday night.
According to News Centre 7 at 11, Miamisburg police and Miami Valley Fire were called to the 400 block of South Linden Avenue for reports of an injury crash around 7:20 p.m.
According to Miamisburg police, a 63-year-old man had travelling been north in the 400 block of South Linden when he failed to navigate a bend, drove onto the property, and came to a halt after colliding with a detached garage.
Bradley Mohr lives across the street from where the crash occurred.
“There was a truck that came down here, must have hopped off onto the side and hit over multiple of the trees which I heard with a bunch of heavy metal slams,” he told me.
Mohr quickly rushed outdoors to investigate what was going on.
He was saddened to find that the crash was fatal.
“Having lost people to traffic-related incidents, hopefully, they can find some peace in the coming and … face their grief,” according to Mohr.
Mohr stated that a drunk driver killed his companion.
“Being in grief is never easy. So, maybe, they will find peace in the end. Of course, as with any type of issue, see decent people and seek professional treatment if necessary,” he remarked.
Police did not give any other information regarding the crash.
